About automatic widget feeds

Last Updated: Mar 21, 2014 01:29PM PDT

Pages on your public web site that contain a widget with a “header” arg will trigger the creation of a corresponding RSS feed. This RSS feed’s title will adopt the value set for “header”. Each feed contains the same results that the widget displays inline on the page, and will appear in your browser’s RSS feed dropdown.

Example: If your Biology department homepage contains an events widget with the header “Upcoming Biology Lectures”, visitors to your site will be able to subscribe to an RSS feed of upcoming biology lectures via the feed attached to the page.
